• Collectively, our Senior Recruiters have over 45 years employment in the insurance sector across many companies (insurers/brokers/loss adjusters/underwriting agencies) and a variety of roles.
• We listen to our client’s needs and will only refer suitably experienced and motivated candidates; we don’t send CV’s simply to meet notional KPI’s
• We meet and thoroughly screen all candidates
• We do not guarantee we will be able to find a candidate for every available role. If we are unable to source a suitable candidate who fills our client’s requirements (either from our database or by advertising,) we will advise of this
• We will not ‘hassle’ our clients and/or call frequently; we respect our client’s time
• We always keep our clients updated on our progress
• We never advertise to increase our database – all our advertised positions are real roles
• Many of our senior executive roles are not advertised – we use our connections in the industry to source suitable candidates; this also protects our clients' confidentiality

CityWide Personnel produces a monthly Newsletter which is distributed by mail to more than 300 clients. All applicants profiled have been interviewed by one of our consultants. At publication, all candidates were keen to consider new employment prospects.
